PORK STIR FRY WITH TOMATOES AND EGGS
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Large Tomatoes diced up into large pieces
- 1 Tablespoon of sliced gingers
- 1/2 Cup of Sliced Red onions
- 12 Oz of Pork
- 2 Pinch of salt
- 3 Pinch of white pepper
- 4 Teaspoon Sesame Seed Oil
- 3 Tablespoon of water
- 1 Tablespoon of corn starch
- 1 Tablespoon of cooking oil
- 1 Spoon of cooking oil
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 Teaspoon of minced garlic
- 6 Tablespoons of Chicken Broth
- 2 Tablespoon of cooking sherry wine
- 2 Tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon of sugar
- 4 Tablespoon of Ketchup
DIRECTIONS:
STEP 1 – MARINATING THE PORK
- Add a pinch of salt, white pepper, 3 tablespoon of water, a Tablespoon of corn starch, and 1 spoon of cooking oil
STEP 2 – COOK THE SLICED PORK
- Cook the pork in a pan with some cooking oil and cook the pork until it’s well done
- Set the pork a side
STEP 3 – COOK THE EGGS
- Cook the 4 beaten eggs in a pan with some cooking oil and make sure there are mostly large pieces of scrambled eggs
- Set the large pieces of scrambled eggs aside
STEP 3 – STIR FRY EVERYTHING TOGETHER
- With some cooking oil in a pan add the red onions, sliced gingers, large diced up tomatoes,1 Teaspoon of minced garlic, 6 Tablespoon of chicken broth, Cooking sherry wine, oyster sauce, sugar, a pinch of white pepper, and 2 teaspoons of sesame seed oil
- Stir fry the everything together for a couple minutes
- Next Add the Eggs and Pork back in and stir fry for a couple more minutes
