SPICY PORK AND GREEN BEANS STIR FRY
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb of Pork loin
- 2 Pinch of white pepper
- 1 Pinch of salt
- 1 Teaspoon of salt
- 2 Teaspoon of sesame seed oil
- 1 Tablespoon of sesame seed oil
- 1 egg white
- 3 Tablespoons of corn starch
- 2 Spoon of cooking oil
- 2 Tablespoon of cooking oil
- 1 lb of green beans
- 1 Tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 Tablespoon of sliced gingers
- 1/2 Cup of sliced red onions
- 2 Tablespoons of cooking sherry
- 1 Tablespoon of chili bean sauce (Toban Djan)
- 1 Tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 2 Tablespoons of sugar
- 1 Teaspoon of soy sauce
DIRECTIONS:
STEP 1 – MARINATING THE BEEF
- Slice up the pork loin into thin slices and marinate it with 1 pinch of white pepper, 1 pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of sesame seed oil and 1 egg white, 3 Tablespoons of corn starch, and 1 spoon of cooking oil
- Mix everything together and set it aside
STEP 2 – BOILING THE GREEN BEANS
- If the tips of the green beans are tough, cut off the tips and after that cut the green beans in half and boil them in water with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 spoon of cooking oil for 2-4 minutes until they are tender
- Cool off the green beans with cold water and drain the water and put it aside
STEP 3 – STIR FRY
- Add 2 Tablespoons of cooking oil into pan or wok with 1 Tablespoon of garlic, 1 Tablespoon of gingers and 1/2 Cup of sliced red onions, 2 Tablespoons of cooking sherry, 1 Tablespoon of sesame seed oil, 1 pinch of white pepper, 1 Tablespoon of chili bean sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
- Stir fry the seasoned pork strips until they are fully cooked and then add the green beans, 1 Teaspoon of soy sauce, and 2 Tablespoons of sugar and stir fry everything for around a minute
- Put it on a plate and enjoy!
