RED PEPPER CHILI SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
- 2.25 Tablespoon of red pepper flakes
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon sugar
- 1.5 Teaspoon of water
- 4 Tablespon of oil
DIRECTIONS:
STEP 1 – ADDING WATER TO RED PEPPER FLAKES
- Add the red pepper flakes to a small bowl and add water to the flakes.
- Next add some sugar and salt to the red pepper flakes.
STEP 2 – HEAT UP THE OIL
- In a wok add 4 Tablespoons of oil to wok and wait for the oil to smoke a little bit and add the hot oil to the red pepper flakes to soften them up to your preference.
