SCALLOPS AND ASPARAGUS STIR FRY RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 12 oz of scallops
- 1 lb of asparagus
- 1/4 Cup of sliced carrots
- 2 Tablespoon of cooking oil
- 1 Tablespoon of sugar
- 1/4 Cup of sliced red onions
- 1 spoon of sliced gingers
- 1/2 Teaspoon of minced garlic
- 2 Tablespoon of cooking sherry wine
- 2 Tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1/4 Tablespoon of sugar
- 2 Teaspoon of sesame seed oil
DIRECTIONS:
STEP 1 – BOIL THE CHOPPED UP ASPARAGUS
- Boil the water and then add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Add the asparagus to boiling water with sliced carrots and boil until you can easily poke a fork into it
- Remove the vegetables and put them in cold water for a minute or less
- Drain the water and then set the vegetables aside
STEP 2 – BOIL THE SCALLOPS
- Add the scallops to the boiling water and boil it for a couple mins
- After boiling the scallops, set them aside
STEP 3 – STIR FRY
- Add some cooking oil to the wok or pan and then brown up the scallops
- Next Add 1/4 Cup of red onions, 1 spoon of sliced gingers, 1/2 Teaspoon of minced garlic, 2 Tablespoon of cooking sherry wine, 2 Tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/4 Tablespoon of sugar, and 2 teaspoon of sesame seed oil
- Stir Fry everything together evenly
