TERIYAKI LAMB CHOPS
INGREDIENTS
- 12 oz of lamb chops
- 1/4 Cup of soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoon of cooking sherry wine
- 2 Tablespoon of sugar
- 2 Tablespoon of hoisin sauce
- 2 Tablespoon of ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon of ginger juice
- 1 Teaspoon of black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
STEP 1 – MARINATING THE LAMB CHOPS
- In a bowl add the lamb, soy sauce, cooking sherry wine, sugar, hoisin sauce, ketchup, vinegar ginger juice and black pepper and mix together well
STEP 2 – AIR FRY THE LAMB CHOPS
- Place the lamb chops in the air fryer basket and set the air fryer to 400F degrees for the first 10 minutes
- Next after the first 10 minutes flip the lamb chops over and set the timer for the last 10 minutes at 400F degrees
