teriyaki lamb chops

 

TERIYAKI LAMB CHOPS

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz of lamb chops
  • 1/4 Cup of soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon of cooking sherry wine
  • 2 Tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon of hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon of ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon of ginger juice
  • 1 Teaspoon of black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

STEP 1 – MARINATING THE LAMB CHOPS

  • In a bowl add the lamb, soy sauce, cooking sherry wine, sugar, hoisin sauce, ketchup, vinegar ginger juice and black pepper and mix together well

STEP 2 – AIR FRY THE LAMB CHOPS

  • Place the lamb chops in the air fryer basket and set the air fryer to 400F degrees for the first 10 minutes
  • Next after the first 10 minutes flip the lamb chops over and set the timer for the last 10 minutes at 400F degrees
