DEEP FRIED SCALLOPS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 Scallops
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of white pepper
  • 1/2 Cup of Flour
  • 2 Tablespoon of Corn Starch
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1/2 Cup of Water

DIRECTIONS:

STEP 1 -MAKE THE BATTER

  • In a bowl, add flour, corn starch, baking powder, salt, water and mix together well.

STEP 2 – DEEP FRY THE SCALLOPS

  • Add the scallops to the batter and deep fry the scallops for 350 degrees for 3-4 minutes
