Oysters Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Oysters
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch of white pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon of Corn Starch
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 3/4 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 2 Tablespoon egg
  • 6 Tablespoon Water
  • 1 pinch of white pepper

Directions:

Step 1 -Rinse the Oysters

  • In a bowl, add 1 Teaspoon salt and run water slowly from the faucet into the bowl of oysters until the water is clear.
  • set the oysters aside

Step 2 -Make the Batter

  • In a bowl, add flour, corn starch, baking powder, salt, egg, water and mix together well.

Step 3 - Boil the Oysters

  • In hot boiling water, boil the oysters for 3 seconds.
  • Remove the oysters and sprinkle 1/2 Teaspoon of salt and white pepper and mix together well.

Step 4 - Deep Fry the Oysters

  • Next set the deep fryer at 350 degrees
  • Add the oysters to the batter and deep fry the oysters until they are golden brown and serve on a plate.
