BEEF BEAN SPROUTS STIR FRY
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 pound sliced beef
- 1/2 Teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon sliced gingers
- 1 lb of bean sprouts
- 1 pinch of salt + 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch of white pepper + 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 egg
- 3 Tablespoons corn starch
- 3 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 oz red onions
- 1/2 Teaspoon of sugar
- 1 Tablespoon sesame seed oil
- 1 Tablespoon cooking sherry wine
- 1 oz long sliced strips of green onions
- 1 oz chopped green onions
- 1 oz red pepper
- 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
DIRECTIONS:
STEP 1 – MARINATING THE BEEF
- Add pinch of salt, pinch of white pepper, 1/2 egg and corn starch
- mix together well

STEP 2 – COOK THE BEEF
- Add the beef to the wok and add salt, white pepper
- Cook the beef until it’s golden brown
- Remove the beef and put it aside
STEP 3 – STIR FRY
- Add the bean sprouts to the wok with some cooking oil and add some minced garlic and sliced gingers
- Next add the red onions and stir fry for several minutes
- add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, sesame seed oil, cooking sherry wine and oyster sauce and stir fry
- Next add red peppers, long sliced strips of green onions, and chopped green onions and stir fry for a minute
- Lastly add the cooked beef back in and stir fry until everything is mixed well evenly
