CHINESE BBQ PORK FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz diced bbq pork
  • 1 Cup of bean sprouts
  • 1/4 Cup of green onions + 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1/4 Cup of white onions
  • 1/4 Cup Bean Sprouts
  • 2 Cups of cooked white rice
  • 2 Tablespoon of oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 pinch of white pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce

DIRECTIONS:

STEP 1 – CUTTING UP THE BBQ PORK

  • Next cut up the BBQ pork into small pieces and then set aside.

STEP 2 – STIR-FRY

  • Add 2 Tablespoons of oil, egg, BBQ pork, all of the vegetables, white rice and then stir-fry a 1.5 minutes
  • Next add white pepper, soy sauce and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  • Once the fried rice is evenly mixed together, add it to a plate and place a few green onions on top
