CHINESE BBQ PORK FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz diced bbq pork
- 1 Cup of bean sprouts
- 1/4 Cup of green onions + 1/4 cup green onions
- 1/4 Cup of white onions
- 1/4 Cup Bean Sprouts
- 2 Cups of cooked white rice
- 2 Tablespoon of oil
- 1 Egg
- 1 pinch of white pepper
- 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
STEP 1 – CUTTING UP THE BBQ PORK

- Next cut up the BBQ pork into small pieces and then set aside.
STEP 2 – STIR-FRY
- Add 2 Tablespoons of oil, egg, BBQ pork, all of the vegetables, white rice and then stir-fry a 1.5 minutes
- Next add white pepper, soy sauce and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Once the fried rice is evenly mixed together, add it to a plate and place a few green onions on top
