ASIAN STUFFED BEEF ROLLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 lb of Top Sirloin Steak thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Cup of Chicken Stock
  • 1 Tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
  • 3 pieces of broccoli
  • 2 Tablespoon of Oil
  • 1 oz of White Onions
  • 1 oz of Sliced Carrots
  • 1.5 Cup of Golden Mushrooms
  • 4 Tablespoon of Water
  • 1 Tablespoon + 1 Teaspoon of corn starch
  • 1 Teaspoon of Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoon of diced green and red pepper

DIRECTIONS:

STEP 1 -SAUCE

  • In a bowl, add and mix together chicken stock, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar black pepper

STEP 2 -BOIL THE BROCCOLI

  • In a 6 qt pot add your broccoli to boiling water untill the broccoli are submerged and boil on high heat for 30 seconds. After your broccoli is done boiling strain and cool with cold water.

STEP 3 – STIR FRY THE VEGETABLES

  • add 1 Tablespoons of oil and white onions, sliced carrots, golden mushrooms and 1 Tablespoon of water
  • Set the cooked vegetables aside

STEP 4 – ROLLING UP THE BEEF ROLLS

  • Start Rolling up the stir fry mix with sliced beef and use a mixture of 1 Tablespoon of water and 1 Teaspoon of corn starch and brush onto the beef to make sure that rolls stay together

STEP 5 – COOKING THE BEEF ROLLS AND SAUCE

  • Cook the beef until it is brown and set the beef aside on a plate
  • In a wok, add 1 Tablespoon of oil and then add minced garlic, diced green and red peppers, and the pre-made sauce.
  • To thicken the sauce, whisk together 1 Tablespoon of cornstarch and 2 Tablespoon of water in a bowl and slowly add to your stir fry until it’s the right thickness and add the sauce on top of the beef rolls.
