Air Fryer Pork Belly

 

AIR FRYER PORK BELLY

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz of pork belly
  • 1 Tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon of hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of corn starch
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of five spice powder

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1 – MARINATE THE PORK BELLY

  • In a bowl, add the pork belly, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, corn starch and five spice powder
  • Mix together well
  • For best results, let it marinade for at least 30 minutes

STEP 2 – AIR FRY THE PORK BELLY

  • Place parchment paper on the bottom of the air fryer basket (Optional)
  • Put the Pork Belly in the air fryer basket and set the timer for a total time of 18 minutes at 400F Degrees
  • At the half way point around 9 minutes, flip the pork belly around and air fry for the last 9 minutes.
