ABALONE STIR FRY

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup of Chicken Stock
  • 1 Teaspoon of sherry Cooking Wine
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of White Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 lettuce head
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 Can of Abalone

DIRECTIONS:

STEP 1 – SAUCE

  • In a bowl, mix together chicken stock, sherry cooking wine, sugar, salt, white pepper and oyster sauce

STEP 2 – BOILING THE LETTUCE

  • In a 6 qt pot add your lettuce to boiling water untill the lettuce are submerged and boil on high heat for 1 mins. After your broccoli is done boiling strain and cool with cold water. After your lettuce is done boiling strain and cool with cold water and set on a plate.

STEP 3 – STIR FRY

  • In a wok, add the Sauce and Sliced Abalone
  • To thicken the sauce, whisk together 1 Tablespoon of corn starch and 2 Tablespoon of water in a bowl and slowly add to your stir-fry untill it’s the right thickness.
  • Add the stir-fry on top of the lettuce
