DUNGENESS CRAB WITH CHILI BEAN SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Dungeness crab
- 3 slices of ginger
- 1 Oz of chopped up green onions (Separated from white and green)
- 1 Tablespoon of corn starch
- 1 Tablespoon of cooking sherry wine
- 1/2 Cup of water
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 Teaspoon of chili bean sauce (Toban Djan)
DIRECTIONS:
STEP 1 – COOKING THE DUNGENESS CRAB
- Add corn starch on top of the crabs and spread corn starch on the crab evenly
- Next add some oil to a wok or pan and cook the crab for 4 to 5 minutes
- Put the crab aside
STEP 2 – STIR FRY
- Add the white part of the green onions to a wok or pan with ginger and cooking oil
- Stir it for a few seconds and then add the crabs back in with cooking sherry wine and the premade sauce
- Stir fry everything for 5 minutes and put the green parts of the green onions into the stir fry
- Lastly add it to a plate and enjoy!
