Chinese Sausage Shrimp Roll

 

CHINESE SAUSAGE SHRIMP ROLL

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Chinese Sausage
  • 2 Tablespoon Green onions
  • 2 Tablespoons of red peppers
  • 6 Oz of Shrimp
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of white pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Cooking sherry wine
  • 1 Tablespoon of Corn Starch
  • 1/2 Cup of Corn Starch

DIRECTIONS:

STEP 1 – STEAM THE CHINESE SAUSAGE

  • Wash the chinese sausage
  • Next Steam it for 5 minutes

STEP 2 – MARINATE THE CHOPPED UP SHRIMP

  • Add a pinch of white pepper and salt to the chopped up shrimp
  • Next Add 1 Tablespoon of corn starch and mix together evenly
  • Add the green onions and red peppers and stir everything together and set it aside

STEP 3 – MAKING THE CHINESE SAUSAGE SHRIMP ROLL

  • Put a sheet of saran wrap on the table and apply some cooking oil to the saran wrap
  • Next add the prepped shrimp onto the saran wrap like a sheet
  • Place the chinese sausage roll ontop of the shrimp and use the saran wrap to roll it around the chinese sausage

STEP 4 – DEEP FRY THE SHRIMP ROLL

  • Place the Chinese sausage roll in a wok, pot or pan with cooking oil at 350F degrees
  • Deep Fry it for 5 minutes or until it is golden brown
