CHINESE SAUSAGE SHRIMP ROLL
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Chinese Sausage
- 2 Tablespoon Green onions
- 2 Tablespoons of red peppers
- 6 Oz of Shrimp
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of white pepper
- 1 Teaspoon of Cooking sherry wine
- 1 Tablespoon of Corn Starch
- 1/2 Cup of Corn Starch
DIRECTIONS:
STEP 1 – STEAM THE CHINESE SAUSAGE
- Wash the chinese sausage
- Next Steam it for 5 minutes
STEP 2 – MARINATE THE CHOPPED UP SHRIMP
- Add a pinch of white pepper and salt to the chopped up shrimp
- Next Add 1 Tablespoon of corn starch and mix together evenly
- Add the green onions and red peppers and stir everything together and set it aside
STEP 3 – MAKING THE CHINESE SAUSAGE SHRIMP ROLL
- Put a sheet of saran wrap on the table and apply some cooking oil to the saran wrap
- Next add the prepped shrimp onto the saran wrap like a sheet
- Place the chinese sausage roll ontop of the shrimp and use the saran wrap to roll it around the chinese sausage
STEP 4 – DEEP FRY THE SHRIMP ROLL
- Place the Chinese sausage roll in a wok, pot or pan with cooking oil at 350F degrees
- Deep Fry it for 5 minutes or until it is golden brown
